Welcome to KiDsGyM USA®!

In an effort to keep our participants in a safe, fun and inclusive environment, we're asking that you review the guidelines below. Adhering to these policies helps us better serve YOU.

KiDsGyM USA® Parent Policies

  1. Aim to arrive 10 minutes before class to allow time for using the restroom and removal of excess clothing items.

  2. Always escort your child into the building before leaving the premises. If someone other than the registered parent/guardian is expected to pick up the child after class, provide the name of this person to your child’s coach.

  3. Upon arrival, use the free-standing scanner to check your child's temperature before entering the gym.

  4. ONLY parents participating in the Wiggle Worm parent-tot class are permitted in the gym during class.

  5. Wiggle Worm Families: ONLY ONE ADULT per child may participate in class. All other family members are asked to wait in the car or at home, to help us remain sensitive to COVID-19 guidelines.

  6. While we love to see your photos and videos, please refrain from cell phone use during Wiggle Worm classes. We need your help spotting the little ones too!

  7. Please arrive on time for pick up. Mighty Mites, Super Mites, DynoMites, and Tumblin' Titans classes last 1 hour. Pick up will be at the middle or back door located in the back parking lot.

KiDsGyM USA® Participant Policies

  1. Please use the restroom before class begins. (See restroom policy).

  2. Active-wear is encouraged! While leotards are great for the sport, children under 5 may experience difficulty or discomfort removing the one piece while using the restroom. Wearing shirts with leggings or shorts (no tutus) may make things a little easier. Alternatively, try practicing taking off and putting on the leotard at home.

  3. For safety reasons, remove all jackets, jewelry, socks and shoes before class. These items can be placed in the cubbies provided in the gym.

  4. Please avoid adding beads to hair. When beads fall off, they become a safety hazard for our younger participants who may put these small objects in their noses and mouths. Others may accidentally step on or trip over them. Let's keep these babies safe!

RESTROOM POLICY

  • Be sure to escort your child to the restroom even if they say they don't need to go. This ensures that all children are being monitored for safety reasons as well as damage control. Help us prevent accidents and disruption of class time.

  • If your child needs to use the restroom during class, a coach will escort them to the restroom located inside the gym. The coach will stand outside the restroom until the child is done, then help them to their group.

MAKE-UP CLASSES

  • Should you or your little one experience illness, please stay home. We'll miss you, but we understand! While College Park does not typically allow make-ups,  KiDsGyM USA® will make every effort to schedule one make-up class per 8-week session once you reach out to us via email. Note: This is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

  • Always inform your child’s coach if you are attending class as a make-up. Provide the day and time your child normally attends so we can get them into the appropriate group.

  • Refunds will not be provided for missed classes.

Did we miss something? We'd love to hear your thoughts! Simply email us at kidsgymusa@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help.

Charlyn Harper Brown, Ph.D.

Center for the Study of Social Policy

“Through the unique brand of gymnastics training and experience provided by Mr. Campbell, my son, Rembert, grew in self-confidence; in his ability to receive and follow instructions from an adult; in his understanding of how to work effectively with children both his age and older; and in his appreciation of the concept of self-mastery of a skill.”
